Up Our Street is recruiting for a new Communications Officer. This is an exciting time for Up Our Street, as we are currently exploring a much closer working relationship with two other organisations, which will grow our organisation’s size and activity. Up Our Street is a trusted brand with a large network and longstanding relationships in the community. We are looking for a dynamic communicator capable of engaging audiences over a range of media.

Communications Officer
Salary £26,134 to £28,987, pro rata
Permanent contract
30 hours per week (some evenings and weekends)
25 days annual leave, pro rata
Up to 7% matched pension contribution

Purpose of the job
Responsible for external communications, enabling Up Our Street to achieve its aim of inspiring, informing and motivating people to create change where they live.

Closing date: 11am, Friday 29 November.

Interviews will be held on: Thursday 5 December.
